    Formerly the Senior Director of AI and Machine Learning at Headspace Health, Watson led the development of AI products utilizing large language models (LLMs) for advanced behavioral health coaching and precision ML algorithms to personalize meditation offerings.

    A seasoned entrepreneur at the intersection of technology and social impact, Cory Smith has founded ventures like HumanThriving.ai, which uses human-centered AI to support personal growth, and Wisdom Labs, delivering scalable solutions for workplace well-being. As a former CEO of Impact Hub San Francisco and advisor to the SF Mayor’s office, Cory brings deep expertise in innovation and positive change.
