The space between sessions

For many ADHD clients, habits don't fail because of motivation. They fail because support disappears between moments of human contact.

The insight from a great session fades. The accountability gap widens. By the next meeting, the thread has been lost, and both coach and client have to rebuild momentum from scratch.

Cedar is designed for that in-between space. Daily, gentle, adaptive support that meets clients where they are and keeps the work alive until you're together again.

What Cedar does

Cedar shows up daily via text, checking in, reinforcing intentions, and helping clients build micro-habits without overwhelming them.

It's built specifically for ADHD brains: flexible rather than rigid, curious rather than prescriptive, forgiving when life gets in the way.

Cedar doesn't coach. It holds space. It remembers. It nudges. It celebrates small wins. And it creates continuity that makes your sessions more effective.

An early partnership

We're inviting a small number of thoughtful coaches into an early partnership to help shape Cedar as it develops.

We want coaches who care deeply about their craft and are open to exploring how AI can responsibly support ADHD clients without eroding trust, depth, or the coach-client relationship.

If that's you, the next step is a short conversation to explore fit and answer questions.

About Watson

Watson

Watson founded Arboreal AI in 2024 after more than a decade leading teams in AI and wellness innovation.

As Senior Director of AI and Machine Learning at Headspace Health, he led the development of AI products for behavioral health coaching and spent four years working directly with coaches, building systems specifically to support their work, not replace it.

That experience shapes everything about Cedar: the belief that technology should extend human care, not substitute for it.
